Paul Frank Birthday Party

I made this for my friends kids birthday party, it was paul frank themed, which I thought was a really unique theme, so I was happy with the way everything came out. Cake was white chocolate with vanilla buttercream, and the other was red-velvet with a cream cheese filling. The cupcakes were white chocolate and chocolate with a homemade whipcream icing.
